Lemonade: A type of Shikanjabeen

In order to make it healthier, the sugar in the shikanjabeen can be cut. Some people also make lemonade instead of shikanjabeen, thereby adding soda to it. This can make this drink rather unhealthy. Pure shikanjabeen with water, lemon, and ice is healthier than sweet shikanjabeen and lemonade.
